Mile warm up, 4 strides, and then did 6 x 600 meters in spikes. Came through 400 meters in 73-74 and closed the last 200 in 32-33. 400 meter jogging recovery between reps. Did about 1.25 mile cool down. Best workout I've had in weeks.

54' today....most weekly mileage in 10+ months....becoming a Graston believer....not cured yet, but making good progress....hoping to up the tempo soon....a bit dazed due to St. Pats, so will shut this down now...

Ran 5.25 miles at 5:00 AM this morning at 7:15 pace. Streets were void of humans and filled with deer. Enjoyed my shredded wheat while drinking some coffee and watching the sun rise.
Took the Border Collies out for 4 miles on the woods trail. Slush covered new fallen leaves made for interesting footing.
What a relief. It's over...won some...lost some. Life goes on.
