Won't list distances but the 8x were between 250 - 260 m in neighbourhood. Was trying to cover distance in 180 strides, counting every time left foot hit the ground. It was around the block.

2 days off, then 39 minutes yesterday
Obtained new HRM wristwatch (no chest strap) from AMAZON.com. Interesting first run.
Ran 5.2 miles using the maffetone protocol (180BMP - age, until my running partner started picking the pace up "because she likes hills":
My average BPM 145, I was shooting for 127 BPM as according to the protocol that's what I should be doing, and I am finding what others have using maffetone: I have to run MUCH slower to achieve that rate
we'll see how this plays out
left PF is aggravating today, it occured to me that maybe the pedal on the recumbent bike may be the issue?

You were actually being a good boy for a couple of days. Too bad you cannot keep that up.
I have been advised by "my people" to make absolutely no further comment regarding this matter. If you have any common sense at all, you will also just STFU about it. THINK!

You have to run absolutely unbelievably slow to stay in your Maffetone range. I tried this just now, kept my HR 120 for the first 26 - 27 min. of my today's run, then opened up for rest of run, legs did feel really fresh but were reluctant to get into the quicker turnover, had a good finish up the 330 m hill. For 41:10 AHR 127 MHR 155.
I do think this is a good way to do a lot of one's running, my hip seems to tolerate this , doesn't appear to be too sore after pushing last 15 plus min. of run.
20' w/u, 5 x 1200 @ 100+% vVO2max, 20' c/d. Stretching. Hit them all!
Let's keep those positive reports coming!

I have been advised by "my people" to make absolutely no further comment regarding this matter. I can say that "TimB" will no loger bother us at CVRR, and obviously I didn't get banned, did I?

"Hi,
Yesterday I sent the attached email concerning my account on your forum. I am not sure if you got a chance to investigate this, but I am hoping that you will soon and then consider the courtesy of a reply.
Thank you!
Tim"
Dear Tim: Please stop bothering us at CVRR. You have been banned and it is obvious why. Stay at letsrun instead.

No punishment received. Just more hot air from Skuj.
I'll be leaving later today for a few days away over the holiday. I fully expect the count to be up to 17 days when I return. That is, unless Skuj finally decides to put his actions where his mouth is. I doubt it. After all, he hasn't done a very good job of withholding comment on his trolling despite what "his people" have told him. :)

I took your advice and read that page. What is it you wanted us to see there? I see no smoking gun. In fact, I see Hammy blasting RunDogg which is kinda funny considering Skuj thinks they are the same person. So the only thing I get off that page is that Skuj is not too smart. What am I missing? Seriously.
