5 min nonstop I have done several times in this comeback. Soon I will test how fast I can run 1000m at treadmill.
Coach Wizard, we respect you and we admire your previous standing as an elite runner in Sweden with best times of 3:58, 8:20, 14:20, 29:50, 1:06, 2:22, but unless you lose significant weight from your present 94 kilograms (200 pounds+), and get down to about 75 kilograms (167), all the training you do will not prove worthwhile, because it is impossible to run fast over long distances when you are in the overweight/quasi obese category.
Your main objective therefore should be to lose weight and it can be done.
There are many different alternatives including some people seriously cutting down on carbohydrates and other people using "time restricted eating" and "intermittent fasting." You have to choose the regime which suits you best. I was on the fast track to obesity about 10 years ago but embarked on "time restricted eating" (6-8 hour window + OMAD regularly) and "intermittent fasting" (16/8, 18/6, 23/1) from 2018 and that helped me lose ten kilograms and maintain my weight at around BMI of 21 which is acceptable. Around the same height as you but my weight is 74 kilograms.

Coach Wizard has the potential to run fast but not when he weighs 94 kilograms or two hundred pounds as is the case right now and we keep on going round in circles and we wish him well but unless he loses around 20 kilograms/40 pounds, the training will not help him to attain his goal of running under 20 minutes for five kilometers as a 65 year old.
On a personal note I don't think the wizard has anything to prove because he was a great runner in his twenties and thirties and it is rare for former elites to continue running fast in their 40s or even 60s very rare. Shane Healy, 8:47/3000, age 55, I think is an exception at age 55 but I think he had a hiatus from training and racing for many years.

You will set the treadmill at 4:00/km pace and you will DNF because you will blow up and will struggle to understand how to slow down the thing down. You may end up on the gym floor! In any case, like others have said, if you don't provide video evidence, no one will believe whatever time you run.
