However, the woman vouching for the prisoners statement confirms the wounded POW and another soldier disobeyed the command and tried to save civilians. The Commander again ordered open fire and both soldiers were shot by their own side. One Russian soldier and civilian died from Russian bullets.
The wounded Russian soldier was saved by a civilian who’d also been fired on.
Also bogus - Ukraine prosecutors want to charge the POW with war crimes anyway despite him disobeying orders and saving civilians, being shot by his own men, and his account being independently verified.
