She’s so good when she tries ha. She admitted in so many words she was going through the motions to run 52s. Femke sticking with the 400H remains kinda insane.
Also, Cockrell and Jones with 52.6x and 52.7x. This event has definitely changed after stagnating for decades. Thank you, Muhammad and McLaughlin for helping to drag everyone else to excellence.

Did the Peacock feed cut off before the women's 400 hurldes or just me? My goodness we got it rough
yes, that is what happened. Peacock with its worst in the developed world coverage.
I'm watching a little behind, and for me it popped up one of those 'switching to the next thing in 10 seconds' things. It was dismissable. I am wondering if some people weren't looking, or didn't see the countdown, or didn't see the x button.
It's such a shame someone as talented as she is doesn't race more often, she's a once in our lifetime talent and I want to see her doubling in the open 400m and running in the Diamond League. Amazing as always when we get to see what she can do
That was a sneaky WR. She took OFF that last 70-80 or so. Reminded me a lot of Wayde Van Niekerk’s 400 where they were both having strong races and just went crazy at the end.
Insane. I finally managed to see a replay after Peacock threw me off the feed 4x. So horrible. The BIGGEST star in US T&F and they screw it up. Sad state of affairs.
She looked smooth as hell too, I know you can't just assume there's more in reserve but there's no way Kersee has her training to peak at trials. Sub-50 felt unthinkable a few years ago but now it's a real possibility in Paris.
All due respect to Femke but she's running for second

She'd be slower if she were frequently exposed to in competition testing.
All these superb performances by US runners! But wait, how is it possible—there are no pacing lights?? I thought pacing lights autonomously lift you to a WR according many LR idiots.
