Jan, one thing you don't seem to understand. You think you are promoting your coaching this way but in the modern world people use search engines to find more about a person before they hire them.
Just try it. Go on Google and type Magic Wizard, or Jan Stensson coaching, something like that. What do you get? Hundreds!!!! of posts calling you a scammer, a fraudster, a clown, a liar, one of the most famous coaches in the world saying he doesn't consider you a real coach... And the truth is, all of those are supported by facts, while your claims? Like SFR said, all you do is talk about what will happen while nothing ever does happen.
It is embarrassing to watch you humiliate yourself publicly like that. I feel sorry for you, in a way.
Don't feel sorry for me 'buddy'😁I have helped so,so many runners at all levels all over the world to beat their PB:s and win big races , medals and pricemoney. The hundreds of posts you drawling about is done to 99,9 % by you and the other stalker, LoL )) 😁🤣🤣🤣
You are absolutely wrong, Fat Jan. In my Sunday running group alone, 7 of us know about you and think you are a clown and a liar.
It's not even funny. Scammers like you are not funny. You take advantage of people.
No one should feel sorry for him, base queen. He is nothing but a fat fraud.

Well, you guys may think what you will of course. 😁 I'm not a scammer, fraud or even fat as you think.
Today when back to my cold Sweden I put the spikes back on my running shoes and did 20 x short fast hill reps with walking rest back to start. Felt amazingly good even if it was very cold ( - 12 C ) and I didn't feel any pain from right hamstring as last days in Spain. Will be a greatbrunning year this , for me and all my coached runners at all levels all over the world. I live my dream! It feels great! 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪🖐🙏😎

When was the last time you ran 5 minutes non-stop? How about 30 minutes? Back in the 20th Century, I bet.

Well, e.g Gerschler's runners very seldom ran even 5 min or longer reps/ runs , still they got great endurance. There are a couple of ways to get great endurance.
You Stated that when you were 35 you ran 8:48 for 3000m but that you had actually run 1500 m earlier in the day in 4:11 ? why do you not have the age 35 klub record

You didn't answer the questions. I am curious to know too.
And Gerschler had success with 800m/1500m young runners, not with overweight 64 year-olds supposedly training for the 5000m after years of no running.

No, I stated I ran 8:48 3000 indoors at age 35 ( as proved) and later 45-60 min ran 1500m @ 4:11 . The 8:48 was indoors. Don't know who has the outdoors age 35 record?

I'm a few kilos overweight.Gerschler had success even with 5000m/10000m runners! Besides I have never stopped running totally even if sporadic now and then. 😁😎

Even the sprinter Rudolf Harbig, who was directly trained by Gershler, regularly ran for 90 minutes or longer in the forest during the winter, and did regular runs up to 30 minutes in the summers, including right before his world records in the 400 and 800 meters.
Even so, with that limited distance running, he was comparatively very slow at the 1500m.
Regarding the 5000 meters, all of the 5000 meter world records for men during Gershler's time, up to 1942, were held by Finish distance runners. None of them were held by Germans who were trained by Gershler.
The first 5000 meter world record not held by a runner from Finland was 13:58.2 run by Gunder Hagg from Sweden in September of 1942.

Hehe! Now I saw it is still me with the 3000m outdoor age 35 record and 8:53. 😁 The 1500m indoors I ran 45-60 min after my 8:48 @ 3000m, I remembered wrong after now almost 30 year ( !) ....I say I think it was 4:14 .....anyway a fast 1500 after winning solo 3000m 8:48 45-60 min before? 💪🧙🏼♂️💪
Yes, Bernard Lagat the low mileage great top elite runner for many years. Nice! 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
Yes, and Lagat did not do any interval training.
He did repetition training, faster with longer recoveries, and faster than usual longer runs, i.e. 5 minute pace for 10 miles, rather than slower with more distance.
