Also - not to beat a dead horse - it upsets me when other schools recruit athletes for their high school team just so they can be competitive nationally. Someone wrote on another thread the top 4 girls teams all recruit athletes. Like, the national races should really be about *the actual high school team* not who you recruited.
Just putting that out there, b/c I don't think Illinois schools recruit. But some of the other schools do, if that makes sense.
