I'm 27 and used to be fat. I lost a ton of weight and started running and have gotten faster and faster over the last couple of years. My 19:15 pr was in july at a small race (20-30 people) for my employer, and I won. I might as well have won the NYC marathon I was so pumped. It felt like I was traveling at the speed of light. I can't even imagine how some of you are running 1-2 minutes PER mile faster than me. Kudos. You guys are awesome.
15:09... hope to be faster in 2010.
Set my PR this year at age 40 ... 16:57.

Adult 5K PR 21:21 3 years ago. 6'4" 220lbs (that's my excuse)
Don't remember high school PR, but it was probably a mismeasured xc course, so likely not valid anyway.

Oh yeah it was a long time ago, like 1995

It's been a few years, but I still want to go 0.7 sec faster. I honestly don't think I had another second in me on that day.
