20 in 2.5 hrs. Relaxing first 13 at 7:50 and came home for the last 7 around 7:00. My projected MP is 6:50, so with 17 weeks I still have some work to do.
Finished the week with 59, so today felt long.
Skuj, I have likewise been training on the slow side, very aerobic with HR around 135 (MHR 185). Strides and threshold workouts on showing up on my schedule this week, so I will manage to get that 10%-20% mileage at a decent clip.
