Yes, you are a victim of the totalitarian state. Interestingly enough, one whose every post is about such victimhood and who repeatedly denies ever claiming to be a victim.
So it looks like Rudy Giuliani, the cousin marrying, butt dialing, parking lot presser next to a dildo store holding, lie down on a hotel bed for Borat’s fake daughter shirt “tucking”, airport restaurant shaving, hair dye leaking, Covid via fart spreading, trumpy pardons for $2 MIL a pop selling, former Mayor… is about to get disbarred in D.C. for filing a BS “lawsuit” to change the results of the 2020 election.
Witch hunt I tell ya by the liberals in NY!
You don’t think there are liberals in DC? Ever take a look at the results of an election in DC? This decision came from three people [two corporate lawyers and one notary] in a city where 90% of the vote typically supports the Democratic candidate. Full disbarment in DC likely won’t happen (same as it hasn’t happened in New York). Quite honestly, there is a question of jurisdiction in both instances, as he was not challenging the results in either locality.
NEW: (J6 criminal) Barry Ramey gets five years in federal prison. Judge varied down from the guidelines, saying the eight year sentence the government wanted would create an unwarranted sentencing disparity.
And from a common sense standpoint, I believe this lacks legal merit. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and every individual (guilty or otherwise) is entitled to a defense. There were instances of voting fraud (nobody disputes this), the only question is the extent to which that fraud took place. That is debatable. If an individual hires an attorney and asks to plead not guilty, then the attorney has an obligation to mount a defense for that individual. That is not illegal.

Lawyers are not allowed to lie in court.
lawyers are not allowed to bring frivolous lawsuits.
lawyers are officers of the court. They are responsible to help the legal system run smoothly and within the rules.
giuliani Broke all these rules and deserves to be disbarred. Many other trump lawyers were also disciplined for the same things.
you lack a basic understanding of the legal system.

Of course, it’s far worse than that for him, and tens of millions of others. Donald Trump tells him to believe only him, and he says, “YES, SIR!”
All government or media or legal proceedings or anyone else and everything that goes against Donald is corrupt. Trump hasn’t just eroded our systems, they’re completely gone. You can’t trust the FBI or the DC Bar or anyone else. Oh, except for when they investigate or punish the other side. Then they’re ok. A fascinating, contradictory, impossible duality. But Donald told me to believe it, so….
The French piece is interesting to read, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t really explain anything to me. You’ve been convinced that the left is horrible, and it’s us versus them. Got it. That’s obviously simplistic and bad and unhealthy for a country. But it still doesn’t explain why those people would INSIST on their leader against the left being Trump. A person, even viewed through a Fox lens, who’s clearly amoral, unethical, unlawful, and unqualified to be president. Even through Fox lenses for both issues, his character is more clearly atrocious than the left’s threat to your country and lifestyle. And yet you INSIST on him being your leader. Still makes no sense to me.
It seems that the only way to make it make sense is to assume the following:
1) Something approaching half of America hates what they view as “liberal” A LOT.
2) Many principles and values that they claim to hold dearly (honesty, decency, lawfulness, democracy, etc.) they simply don’t. It’s just pure bulls**t for some of them. And WAY less important than they claim them to be for the rest.

And just to be clear, if #2 wasn’t true, Trump wouldn’t be crushing every other R in primary polling.
The gaslighting about who exactly made a habit of weaponizing the govt against political opponents that needs to stop. Remember that every Trump accusations is 100% always a confession. No exceptions. Therefore when Trump says that Biden is the one "ordering" the DOJ and FBI to indict him, it is because that is precisely what Trump did when he was President. Trump just assumes that everyone else is corrupt like him and has the same immoral motives as him. Need more proof? How about his chief of staff sworn testimony?
In a court filing, John Kelly, who was a chief of staff under Donald Trump, said the former president had asked about having the tax agency look into Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Agip - point blank question back at you - Was Karine Jean=Pierre lying when she said the Bidens were not at the White House when the cocaine was found?

Well someone at the White House was lying when they leaked that the blow was discovered in an area open to the public. It was found in or around the situation room, which is not public.
