Hillary … was asked to turn over her emails but instead attempted to bleach the server, and destroy it with a hammer. Are we really compariing this to what Trump did?!?
Actually it was her aide who destroyed a pair of cellphones, not a server. It is not unusual for someone to destroy an old cellphone (see: Brady, Thomas).
If you're against the Black Lives Matter movement, Gay Rights, the celebration of Pride events, Sustainable governance of businesses, etc., then you are on the wrong side of history and progress in this country. I used to have some respect for you, but it appears that respect was and is misplaced.
Uhhh no, I don't think history will look favorably upon the BLM movement. What good has come from it, again, besides the billions of dollars in damages that innocent people had had to pay for? Pride events have become a laughing stock, and a place for sexual deviants to congregate, and has very little to do with actual gay rights.
BLM marches, which were tremendously well attended and all over this country, should not be confused with the destruction brought about by opportunistic anarchists, which were entirely separate groups. This has been well-documented and the desire to confuse the two is simply a tactic to discredit the importance of this development in the long struggle for civil rights, of which, the BLM is an important step forward.
Pride parades are probably ignored by large parts of the demographic, mostly, and there isn't really a large contingent making a mockery of them. Some, for sure, but not lots.

The contents were under subpoena. She should be in prison.
Agree with the comparison to proven cheater Tom Brady though it's obviously higher stakes than a football game.

Actually it's well documented that you guys defended if not outright supported the looting and destruction. Kamala Harris helped raise funds to bail them out. Weird how these "opportunistic anarchists" don't show up to pro-life marches and didn't show up to tea party marches back in the day either.

if you think the boss should be in prison for things their underlings do...oboy do I have some things to tell you about DJT!

The BLM leadership are criminals. They took some of those million$ in donations to enrich themselves and throw parties.
Incredibly, the LR libs find nothing wrong with this.

Patrisse Cullors, a co-founder of Black Lives Matter, has admitted personal use of a $6 million luxury mansion bought for cash by the movement in Los Angeles but rejected suggestions she pocketed donations to the charity.
An executive at Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (GNF), is accused of “syphoning” more than $10 million from donors, the grassroots arm of the BLM organization said a court filing this week.

“She and her lawyers had those emails deleted. And they didn’t just push the delete button; they had them deleted where even God can’t read them,” Gowdy says.

I agree with you regarding the corruption of Patrisse Cullors and others who were running BLM global network. In fact, it was local chapters of BLM who initially confronted BLM Global Network regarding mismanagement of funds.
(Real) President Trump should stay away from Fox News. I think Fox is trying to set him up with exposed and glaring inconsistencies by leveraging his open headed and explanatory good nature against him. Does Fox even tell Trump he has a Constitutional right to have his attorney present during interviews?
Fox has changed. They are not the Fox of olde. The FBI/DOJ knuckled Fox into submission with the fake Dominion lawsuit, and now Fox must play the Deep game and thwart on decent Americans.
yes or no: your view is that HRC should be in prison because some IT guy's error.
Yes because it obviously wasn't an "error"
evidence? or just your emotional feel?
For the record, here's what happened. You need to have some evidence that the below isn't true or withdraw your point.
Wikipedia:
In 2014, months prior to public knowledge of the server's existence, Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and two attorneys worked to identify work-related emails on the server to be archived and preserved for the State Department. Upon completion of this task in December 2014, Mills instructed Clinton's computer services provider, Platte River Networks (PRN), to change the server's retention period to 60 days, allowing 31,830 older personal emails to be automatically deleted from the server, as Clinton had decided she no longer needed them. However, the PRN technician assigned for this task failed to carry it out at that time.[100]
After the existence of the server became publicly known on March 2, 2015,[43] the Select Committee on Benghazi issued a subpoena for Benghazi-related emails two days later. Mills sent an email to PRN on March 9 mentioning the committee's retention request.[100] The PRN technician then had what he described to the FBI as an "oh sh.t moment," realizing he had not set the personal emails to be deleted as instructed months earlier. The technician then erased the emails using a free utility, BleachBit, sometime between March 25 and 31.[101]

Two graphs I bet the White House is going to be showing off together a bunch: The U.S. has the highest post-pandemic growth among the G7, and it currently has the lowest inflation (both headline and core).
