Well said, vic! It's Party Time!!! And if anyone is buying Running Dogg's "I just took a day off and look what happens here" story, then I have some American Dollars to sell you! :)
Oh Man, I am so enjoying this. Some people aren't very smart!!!

I assume you were looking in the mirror as you wrote that. :-)
Regarding the issue of IP addresses, the truth lies somewhere between the two sides that have been posted here. IP addresses may be released only to the proper authorities under appropriate circumstances. A routine letsrun poster like Skuj would NEVER be able to gain access to IP addresses from letsrun. That would be a violation of multiple state and federal laws.
Perhaps I should not be writing this, but it should also be noted that an IP address provides very minimal information regarding identification of the user. Typically an IP address can only be traced to a WAN which may be serving tens of thousands of users, if not more.
Finally, a careful reading of recent posts on this thread indicates nothing that would be characterized as threatening or harassing. Any talk of repurcussions for recent posts here is pure folly. Consider the source.
yesterday I ran for 45 min mostly easy w/ a few pickups
54' early, cold, and dark

How can I spell this out clearly for you?
WE KNOW YOU TOOK PRECAUTIONS. AND WE KNOW YOU TRIED AGAIN.
Is that clear enough? I think emailing me could save you some embarrassment. :)
Speaking of threatening and harassing posts, I think this one may qualify. Should I report this?
Ur squirming! ;0)

Why do you say that? I have nothing to be worried about. I'm not the one posting harassing messages.
Wondering and Skuja, would you guys please take your pissing match elsewhere?
Anyway, got in 4 miles easy today with 5 striders and one good hill sprint. Trying to enjoy the last of the autumn sunshine before the iron curtain comes down for good.
I second that suggestion. 32 minutes easy today.

Nothing.
And YOU know that HOW, Mr Multiple Handle Guy?
40:00 on exercise bike. Getting dark early now. Left PF feeling a bit better.
Yesterday, no run.
Today, for 37:52. Block run, saeies of jogs & moderate paced pickups 1:05 - 1:11. AHR 136, MHR 151.
Friday: bike commute only plus moving furniture
Today: kids track + 30 minutes of striders on grass
Sunday: 6K xc race, new course, should be fun
Good luck, the point, in your race on Sunday! Let us know how it goes.
Did an easy recovery run of about 45' today. Feeling good!
Keep those positive reports coming.
