It is a hard packed pancake by the end of the day. Runninglane has 40 feet hills to climb. GPS readings were slightly shorter also.

How does ours' compare to Canada or Mexico? How about to Kenya or Ethiopia?
Did "The MileSplit people" explain what type of wheel? How it was calibrated? How closely to the inside turns they measured? Was the short course calculation factor added in to their final number? Did they video this process for all to see?
When you go to a track meet do they provide how they made the track to ensure that it's 400 meters?

I can provide the link to the "National Records" if you can provide the link on how to measure and certify a cross country course.

Nope, but that information is clearly listed in both the NFHS and NCAA Rules and I have never been to a late season track meet where almost EVERYONE runs huge unexpected PRs.
Arcadia has to be short because the entire field runs a PR.
Why have none of you losers gone down there with a tape and wheel yet? We need answers.

Great!
You go first.
Wrong again. And Arcadi is even more suspicious because it is in the middle of the season and everyone runs a PR and the never matches it later in the season when they taper and peak.
N Young
Sprout
Teare
Solinsky
Sahlman

Gessner
Futsum
Nowak
Bosley
Pretty good list of suspicious performances.

I need to see the procedures that they used to construct the track to ensure that it's 400 meters. If not then I won't believe the results because they are too fast.

I win. Now we can agree to disagree on everything.
I agree. And every college runner sets a PR at BU in December so it has to be short also.
Milesplit has them recorded.

Link to rules? You haven't been to any good track meets then.

Coming off peak fitness...and a year older and a year stronger, isn't that expected and why so many get those marks in early? Now if EVERYONE that ran PRs at BU dropped :20 - :75 at the NCAA Indoor Meet I would question that track.

So shouldn't Running Lane move their meet to SD?

Milesplit has all the National records? I have not seen that page - please post the link. Thanks!
