Before races come back, you have time to follow one (or several) former decent or better runners as they return to running in their 30s/40s/50s after a hiatus of 1-3 decades.
On the other end of the scale, put together a start-up guide for runners going into freshman XC. What should they be doing in April, May, June, etc?
Hire an editor to turn the collected training wisdom of John Kellogg into a real book.
Do some news reporting are how elites are training when they don't know what their next race will be.
Organize a race that's held one person at a time. Organize a virtual race where the only reward is your percentile.
Interview some big-name health experts about the value of running outdoors right now.
See if there are any former Footlocker or NXN finishers or former elites who are now treating covid-19 somewhere.

Then how about adding a feature that allows registered users to block posts from specific people? There's several that I would add immediately, ROJO, GREG....
