Ummmm false. Not surprised a Salazar defender can't do math.

The whole thing from the start has made me much more supportive of Salazar.
He used to share many of the NOP's workouts, and then stopped doing that because of the constant attacks.
Not surprisingly, several of the athlete's negative reactions are from Wetmore's group, who've been active in the process.
I think it's a bit unfair to make it sound like only one group of athletes is critical of Salazar.
Nike athletes in the steeple here at Worlds criticized Salazar.
Jealousy.
I myself have been supportive of pushing the envelope.
At the most basic level, why should some athletes have better nutrition than others. Or training facilities. Or medical care. The list goes on and on.
Alsal has been selective about who he coaches. That will rub some the wrong way

Al Sal bad cheat! Broke rules!
That should be good. All one sentence words, definite mob mentality. Am I on the side of justice now? Do I get to be part of the unthinking mob now?
You already have the "unthinking" part down.
I'm sorry. I too now realize that the mob going after Salazar is pretty silly.

You don't even know me so don't play the "I hate minorities" card with me that's a total cop out. To read through all this and to come to the conclusion that he wasn't doping his athletes you really have your head in the sand. Lance didn't take drugs either right? Neither did Barry Bonds, well never got caught.
Right, because others were doping, therefore Radcliffe is .... whoops... I mean Salazar (because he's a minority) must be guilty too!
Let's crucify him, even though there's no proof that he ever broke the rules.
That's get that minority!!! Woo hoo, and let's put a big notice about it on every single page of the website!
I don't care if he broke the rules, or not. And he probably didn't, but so what.
As long as we get him for something!

The reactions are negative because many athletes are jealous of NOP success. Add to that fact many distance runners aren't the sharpest spikes in the bag, and you have an un-discerning pack mentality.
Only one 'athlete' was shown to have broken doping rules as per the USADA report. Oh wait, that athlete is the one making many of the accusations. After getting fired from NOP. Huh. No axe to grind there, I'm sure.
+1, the self-righteous preaching on social media from top athletes is really sickening.
Looking at this thread, it's really obvious which posters have actually read the report and which jumped to conclusions immediately upon seeing the headlines. Magness and the Gouchers have absolutely zero credibility. Anyone saying otherwise is blinded by their bizarre hatred of Salazar and his "dirty" methods.
Of course, my refusal to buy into the moronic narrative being peddled here proves that I am in fact a Nike shill running damage control on this cesspool of a website. What a joke.
Are there any Nike athletes quoted?
Jager turned up in the leaked USADA report as "likely doping."
considering that it's public knowledge that Fleshman sought help from Salazar for a "breathing problem" (uhh, ok!), I find her commentary on this subject to be rather amusing, at best, incredibly hypocritical at worst. IIRC, he helped her obtain an inhaler of some sort. Nebulous? Probably, but doesn't exactly pass the "I avoid even the *appearance* of impropriety!" schtick that she tries to sell herself as. I'm no fan of Alberto and I'm fully supportive of what usada is doing... I'm just willing to point out hypocrisy from those who are gleefully casting stones, so don't anyone try to twist this as a nike shill posting pro-AS commentary, as I'm not a nike employee or AS supporter by any stretch of the imagination.

Nearly all the athletes expressing their sentiment are against Alberto.
One would hope so. About time too. Cheats out!
Only one athlete was shown to have gotten over 50ml of infusion because Alberto had Brown not list the volumes, then later go back and alter the records with a number that was below the limit, and told his athletes to deny ever having them at all.
So how many of these holy rockers condeming Salazar will test positive in the future? lol I think it's funny.
anyone have a link to this blog? or are you just referring to her twitter feed?

Faith “100%” is restored in the sport .
Hahaha ah hahaha!!!!
Petition started to strike Magness's 4:01 from the high school records books as he was on vocal cord dysfunction medication, i.e., thyroid medication when he ran it without a TUE.
Hypocrites.
A lot of those athletes I never heard of. So there’s that.
Hey Jonathan Gault! Why couldn’t you at least congratulate Brazier at the press conference!?Too busy getting your jollies off with your ‘investigative journalism’??
The presence of a vociferous majority should give people pause. Instead of an all-or-none response, it would help to hone in on the specifics of what he actually did. I was curious about the evidence for 'trafficking,' as this sounds ominous but no specifics (beyond a couple of instances based on hearsay) were provided. Does anyone here know?

Not a bad idea to stay away from all NOP athletes.
