It's a two-way street.
There was no point of the cameras without the Raid.
And conversely, no point of the Raid w/o the cameras.
So, cui bono?

No not at all.
The Plot Thickens wrote:
Released on bail after the early morning arrest in Fort Lauderdale, famed Nixon-era political operative Roger Stone claimed all the charges against him are false and merely "politically motivated", categorically denying any connection with WikiLeaks and/or Russia.
“I am falsely accused of making false statements during my testimony before the House Intelligence Committee. That is incorrect,” he said at the steps of the courthouse.
Similar to Mueller's earlier Manafort raid, Stone detailed that 22 FBI agents converged at his home “at the crack of dawn” with CNN in tow, though he was well-known to be willing to surrender peacefully, adding that he intends to plead not guilty.
“There is no circumstance whatsoever under which I will bear false witness against the president,” he said. “I look forward to being fully and completely vindicated.”
Subsequently asked if anyone in the Trump 2016 campaign asked him to contact WikiLeaks during the 2016 US presidential election, Stone rsimply eplied, “No.”
Asked then if he had any contact with Russians, he said, “Categorically not.”
Nazi Germany anyone?

Not to mention Mueller was desperate to win the media cycle, over Trump's successful (though temporary) resolution of the #ShutDown.

Good. I'm glad we understand each other.

I'm not sure how much you understand.
But what I understand is that this is a message board and that people are regularly charged with threatening people online.

Don't malign the proud boys. What do you have against them? Did you move to the North West like you were planning? You run into them when you're marching with ANTIFA? I hope you try to start a fight with them. They know how to finish fights with little piss ants like you. Or maybe when you're visiting you girlfriends family in Kansas City, you might run into some Proud Boys. They have chapters in every city you know.
Have fun with your tibia and foot stress fractures wimp.
Wow. You are very upset and eager to defend a group of thugs.
YES!!
Amy Berman Jackson (the anti-Manafort judge) was named to the Stone case!!
He might as well give up now.
This thread is further proof that John Utah is the king of the reactionary s&%t posters on LRC. DiscoGary and celery couldn't keep up consistent production without going nuts. Sad!
Like it matters. Mueller will not show any collusion, and when the wild goose chase ends, libs will think Mueller just didn't have enough time, was blocked from investigating the REAL collusion, or some other excuse

If I ever meet you in real life and knew who you were, I would break your nose. You are an evil POS hell bent on seeing innocent people punished. You are my enemy, and the enemy of good people. When the civil war starts, I hope you get what you deserve.
You say you are not Gary. Looks like Gary and your crazy talk sounds like Gary. I think you are probably Gary. Hi Gary! How's the militia?

How they got the info aside, CNN should have been removed from the raid site by the FBI, both for safety and publicity reasons. The fact that they weren't makes it more likely that the whole thing was rigged beforehand. The fact that they weren't removed also makes it more likely that the "raid" wasn't taken too seriously operationally in the first place, being only for show (i.e. the cameras).
CNN producer David Shortell described in a video report how he and De La Rosa were close enough to see Stone answer the door wearing pajamas and eyeglasses and and hear him identify himself to the agents during the pre-dawn raid.
Indeed, rather stunning to see De La Rosa (CNN freelancer cameraman) simply roll down his window and step out of his vehicle, as while FBI agents pull up in tactical gear with their weapons drawn ---- but not one FBI agent even considers De La Rosa? They don’t even chat with him, or check him out. It’s more or less like he’s part of the FBI team. They expect him to be there.....
If they were really worried about Stone having an ambush or something, wouldn't the strange dudes in the van be logical to interrogate before moving in??
But instead, MSM will concentrate on irrelevant process crimes, claiming that they are guardians of democracy or some similar such shrivel, all the while they are upending it.

Are you somehow saying that Roger Stone is a political opponent of Donald Trump?
It's not like there is a Democrat in charge of the FBI.

Why you'd be so concerned with how the raid went down I'm not sure but the main concern from the FBI's point of view is destruction of evidence.
