One of the greatest TV shows of the 60's. Only bad thing is that David Janssen had an odd gait when running.
Yes, the Fugitive, particularly the last episode which was named "the day the running stopped."
Each episode involved him running at some point. May have not been for a great distance but he did run. Had a weird gait too. Great TV series although season 4 when it went to color wasn't as good. A lot of actors who appeared on the TV series went on to eventually have very successful careers.
The Middle: Sue Heck making the cross country team. Watch it before every race!

Fairy Tail Episode 75 – 24-Hour Endurance Road Race
I'll throw a random one out there. I just started running in HS when this came out so vaguely remember some track stuff.
Time Trax
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_Trax
A cop from the future travels back in time. His track abilities are mentioned in several episodes, with specific time like: "a top speed of 8.6 seconds for 100 m". I want to say they even talked about the 800m.
There is an episode with a heavy track focus. Season 1, episode 6, "The Prodigy": When a boy (Rider Strong) displays unusual athletic prowess, Darien suspects both the boy and his father are from the future.
Bonus points for anyone who had the Time Trax SNES game.

There is another Cosby Show episode where he runs a 4x4 at the Penn Relays.
Saved by the Bell: Running Zack
The King of Queens- Doug run a 10k, episode called Big Dougie.
My answer is Seinfeld and "I choose not to run!"
There is a good line in Modern Family where Claire is talking about how she ran a half marathon and Phil replies "I'm half impressed."
