"Conservatively" implies a decision-making process.
That is incorrect here.
Unless by "conservatively" you mean "to the best of a his ability without PEDS."

Women's 1500 heat 1 went faster than heat 2. The rabbits ran way too slow on the 2nd lap for the 2nd heat.

Will be looking for any details on Mikey Brannigans race coming up shortly. I believe he's in Section 2 of the 3 1500s, thx.
Johnny G won the first heat of the 1500 in 3:36 high. Harun Abda did a pretty solid job pacing through 1000 and Johnny took it from there. Gusman 2nd and Mead third both in 3:37.
Holy cow, this 2nd heat is stacked.
Nice to see Charles Jock racing. Hope he can get a big race in this year!
1:44 at 700 for first competitor. Branningan looked to be near the back.
Centro wins with a big kick 3:38.99, Merber kicks very well in last 50 for 2nd. Mikey got last in 3:50.xx :(.
Thx for the updates...

Their first split wasn't 3:03. The Oxy track has an inside water jump that cuts off a large chunk of the turn. That's why they start further back (almost at the 300m mark) then normal inside jumps (most start 20-30m or so back from the 200m mark). So the guy calling the k split was off.
They didn't go out super hard, but there first k was on low 8:40 pace.
Centro isn't done but is it safe to say Manzano is? Ouch....

Centro's coming back from injury and hence has had slower workouts as his father has eased him back to keep him healthy.
Recall just how well he ran before the injury last June when he crushed Mo at 1500m. 1:48/3:38 double with a 54 and excellent close to win the 1500m means he is well on his way back now. Another two months of health and he might be running very fast in Europe.
3:02 first K for the Women's 5K.

9:12 for the leaders at 3k. Group of 3 with Van Buskirk. Paquette and Cliff.
Why was Centro being interviewed as the winner of the whole 1500 event when the that before ran faster?
