Liar.
A history major you are certainly not. The WR in 2008 was right at 2:04 flat. They went out at just over 1:02. That would be around WR pace no? Am I missing something??
Yes, you seem to be missing something. Perhaps because you are an idiot?
Let me help you out:
- You noted that Hall ran faster at London than Farah. (By four seconds, hahaha.)
- I pointed out that Farah opened in 1:01:03, and that Ryan Hall did not open that fast.
- You made some moronic remarks about how Hall opened fast in 2008, "on WR pace."
This is the part where I tell you that the leaders opened in 2008 with a 1:02:13 (which wasn't even WR pace AT THE TIME).
This is the part where I patiently explain to you that if Farah opened in a 1:02:13 and not a blazing 1:01:03 (faster than ANYONE'S capabilities yesterday), we would have finished in faster than Hall's lame fifth-place 2:06:17.
This is the part where I explain to you that if Hall had opened in 1:01:03 he would have died to slower that Farah's 2:06:21.
Get it now?
