Weather is trending in a slightly better direction, hopefully that continues.
I would second the nomination of the Hudson Mohawk Marathon, except the forecasted temps in Albany are within two degrees of the forecasted temps in Chicago. Both are fast courses, but there is no question that Chicago would be the better race to run since you will definitely have more people around you at your goal pace (although I have run 3 marathons in the 2:30-2:35 range, all at the world majors in the US and I have spent time running alone at each one of them).
Plus, as a guy who lived in Albany ("Smallbany") for five years for college and grad school, I can tell you that while it is underrated for its natural beauty, it just isn't nearly as much fun as Chicago.
