10.94 in flats is OK…
(according to announcer) "...Schippers looks more muscular this year"
Blames it on Nike.

10.94 with -1.4 m/s in racing flats is absolutely mind-boggling for Thompson. She said in her BBC interview the spikes are aggravating her Achilles so she is shifting to flats to accommodate that.
Shamier Little 50.40 in 3rd in 400. Was she auditioning for the 4x400 relay pool?
Allyson looked AMAZING 49.66 looked really easy
impressive run by felix taking the WL in 49.66. Shamier little finished strongly (as can be expected with her hurdle strength) to get 3rd in a big PR.
Nice run by Felix
Only loaded race really now 800
Amos is back!
amos pulled away from brazier nicely in the last 100m, he has to be considered the worlds favorite at this point. Nice runs by the americans in brazier/sowinski as well, and a whole host of british PRs behind.
Man that was a great race, Amos has been looking good lately
SB for barzier as well, and good run from Kiprop (3:33 runner my a**)

Yeah, great showings from the top 4, 800 at WC should be interesting. Too bad Murphy's out, haven't seen anything yet to make me think he isn't the top 800 runner in the world this year.
Brazier ran really well on a bigger stage, very much in control.
how about the audio link you posted about
please !!!!!

interesting because 3-4 from this race wont be in London, but amos and brazier should acquit themselves well.
thanks for the audio
When's the 300?
3000*
