Kinda unrelated to this thread, but does anyone think either Ayana or Dibaba can get the women's 3,000M WR? 8:06 seems so far...out there. 29:17 and 3:50 are also far out there, but 8:06 seems untouchable. I'm not near any of those times myself, so I can't really say for sure if this seems doable for either of them, but I'm guessing it would take some pretty crazy pacers to see the women's 3K WR beaten. Or Dibaba running solo almost the entire race (I think her 1,500M WR was paced to the 800M, which isn't ideal, but it's something at least).
