Bolt, 9.72
Gatlin, 9.86

Yohan Blake will win, I heard he's been eating 16 ripe bananas everyday.
Bolt 9.69
Blake 9.77
Bromell 9.80
Because I'm a data junkie, this appears to be close to the LetsRun hivemind so far, when combining everyone's picks:
1. The consensus seems to be that Bolt will get the Gold, and Gatlin will get the Silver.
2. A tight race is expected for Bronze between Trayvon Bromell and Yohan Blake with a slight edge toward Blake.
3. Andre De Grasse is less favored, but several picked him for Bronze.
4. There are a small few that believe Bolt will get the World Record. About as many (another small few) believe there's a chance Bolt won't even see the finish line in the final, or will run slower due to injury.
5. The projected time for Usain Bolt, when taking all posters into account, is 9.72 for GOLD. The most common pick, though, was 9.71. A lot of posters think Bolt will run between 9.71-9.74 -- far more picks for that range than any other range. That means the hivemind may be picking up on something.
6. The projected time for Justin Gatlin is 9.77 for SILVER. The range for Justin Gatlin is slightly wider, with several picks all over the 9.7x range, but with more in agreement that he will run 9.7x high. What this means is that Gatlin and Bolt's ranges overlap some, but that Letsrun believes that Gatlin will probably need to PR to win.
7. Blake's range is all over the place -- Letsrun is having trouble pinning him down, and for obvious reasons. The Letsrun consensus, though, is 9.81 for BRONZE for Blake. However, nearly 1 in 3 posters that picked Blake to medal think he is holding something huge back, and will either equal or better his time from London. What this means is that some believe Blake has a surprise in the works.
8. Bromell also has a wide range, but not quite to the level of Blake's. Letsrun predicts that Bromell will run a 9.82, only 0.01 behind Blake. About 1 in 3 posters that picked Bromell believe he will deliver a PR under 9.80, though. Regardless, the data shows that Letsrun believes that his chances of Silver are slim and he will almost need someone to either get injured or have a horrible race to have a real shot at stealing the Gold.
9. De Grasse is effectively out of it. Out of those that picked him, he is projected at 9.87 -- but, many left him out of their top 3 or top 5 entirely. Regardless, there are a few that believe he can win the Bronze and even a couple that think with the right race, he can steal Silver. Gold is extremely unlikely for De Grasse.
With a good start and good wind hes running a WR.
