Agreed. I think this is a very awesome short film series. I really enjoyed Her and Jermey's retro view on the camera style and narration. It's suppose to be a parody video of sorts and I think they hit the nail on the head.
Great takes, good directing. As a film guy, really appreciated this.

It is a broken heart 💔 because it is split apart.

The film gets DFL, same as Alexi.

Merged the two threads together.
The symbol meant less than 3, or the combined level of Alexi's artistic talent and Wheating's dedication to training.

Pappas and Wheating are the poster children of giving medals for participation. They need to be dope slapped into reality.

Mildly amusing. Of course, based on the "Speed Goggles" title (which is essentially a rip-off of the beer goggles term), I was hoping for something a little more "adult" in nature. The film obviously missed opportunities to expose what happens between the two runners in the altitude tent before one emerges for breakfast and the other starts taking selfies. And when the both runners unabashedly de-pants themselves on the trail, that could have led down a much more interesting path (pun intended).
If you're going to make a low-budget video with no point, at least spice it up a bit.

Wow, I'm pretty sure that rojo just fell victim to his own message board's inability to include a "less than" or "greater than" symbol in the body of the text. I think he was going to ask "what does the [less than symbol]3 mean in the title of this thread?
That is the level of quality you get from two people who was able to get into an ivy league school only because of the help of their parents.
Good call!
I liked the film, thought it was cute. Made me smile.
You'll never please everyone. And some people you'll never please...
Wow it was like "Without Limits" but without Crudup or Sutherland or any semblance of a storyline. The part where Pre drops acid and jumps from the roof into the pool was pretty clutch, though.

The narrator sounds a bit like Peter Dinklage. That was probably the most interesting part of the video.
Came here to mention this. I kept getting GoT vibes.

I liked it too. There aren't many good films about elite running, and it was lighthearted and cute. I'm looking forward to the next four installments which the blurb said would be released each of the next four weeks.
The problem is that it is neither good nor is it about elite running. It's a narcissistic/OCD sub-elite's view of how she imagines elite running is. Oh did I say it's all about her?
This chick's 15 minutes were up years ago, yet she keeps forcing herself on us. NO MEANS NO, Pappas. Go away.
