Abbey DAGS and Ben True. Go Big Green.
Big Green all the way
Aries Merritt -- good guy who donated a kidney to his sister.
McNamara -- seems like a guy whose worked hard for a very long time and keeps plugging away despite setbacks.
I like Symmonds, but I think he's injured and out of it.
Always liked Manzano.
Lagat, great guy, great career.
Tired of the NIKE Oregon Project/any Beaverton/PDX guys, just would like some different representation.
Natosha Rogers - 10,000K. She finished 2nd at the 2012 Olympic Trials but lacked a time qualifier. She has it this year and has come out of nowhere (after 3 down years) to be a contender in the 10k. If she is anywhere near 1-3 positions on the last lap, I would not count her out, she has a great kick.
Alysia Montano - 800m. Her moment has been stolen too many times. She deserves a re-do Olympic experience and all the press that comes with it. She is effervescent.
Emily Infeld - 10,000K. Always overlooked in HS and in the NCAA. Her turn for the spotlight.
Ajee Wilson - 800m. I want her potential to finally meet opportunity at a Global Championship. At her best, I believe she can challenge Semenya and Nyonsaba. I'm hoping she leaves Rio with a medal.
Ariana Washington - 100/200. LB POLY HS PRIDE. hero at the NCAAs. she has much room for improvement, especially with her form (it has improved leaps and bounds since high school already). Anyone who has been closely following her career know that she is the future.
Ashley Spencer 400/400 hurdles. She must regret passing on the Olympics as a junior. Im not convinced she is a hurdler. I still think she has the most potential in the 400m among the current crop (even more than Okolo). Watching her win the NCAAs and World Juniors was a thing of beauty. Her last 100 in those races hints at greatness.
Kori Carter - 400 hurdles. It's been awhile, but I haven't given up on her potential. Her ability to fight the last half of the race has always inspired. Her close come-from-behind victories in CA HS meets and the NCAA were no accident, they were the marks of a champion in the making who fights to the line. If she can stay healthy, she will be unstoppable.
Candace Hill in the 100/200 - could be the next Usain Bolt. She can break 22 this year.
Tori Bowie - 100/200 she will be this year's star. Hard not to root for.
Raevyn Rogers - 800. We haven't even begun to see what she is capable of.
Sydney McLaughlin - 400h/400. Could be the next Allyson Felix in terms of talent,prodigy-status, and endorsements.
Boris Berian, liked him before his spat with Nike. Like him even more now.
Worried that Nike has someone in the drug testing lab who's job it is to make sure Boris doesn't go to Rio.
Bobby's boy Robby.

The guy is beast and also the nicest man on earth. C'mon Donnie, you are definitely IN your element this year!
Yessir.
Men- Hassan Mead (Lots of great cross country battles with Heath & Finnerty).
Women- Abbey D'Agostino (I enjoy her charisma, and the running community in Boston/New England)

Nope Sister donated a kidney to him. It is implanted in his stomach area-- he now has three kidneys. She is the hero of the saga
10,000k is a long way to run
I want to see: Duane Solomon, Boris Berian and Donavan Brazier all on the Olympic Team. All three are willing to go out sub-51, first 400m.
I think he meant to say good grief how has this guy not been busted for doping? His needed a kidney transplant from his sister to stay alive for Christ's sake.

Oh yeah. His Facebook self promo is perfect...right up to the line without crossing it. I like to think of him as like the James Bond of track and field...rugged good looks and high intelligence, but knows how to make you feel just respected enough but not too comfortable. There aren't enough Donnie's in the world. But maybe one is all this world can handle. God speed Donnie! And as you told me in our last evening...if we start this fire..we will burn the world to the ground. They couldn't handle us together!

Pheobe Wright, so genuine and also funny as feck
Not much love or mention in evidence for Brenda Martinez, not sure why. Really admire her fire, guts, humility, dedication, her willingness to give back to the sport with her yearly running camp for young female runners (paid in good part out of her own pocket). Injury issues the last couple of years have kept her shy of where she should have been performing. Since she is seemingly healthy again, hoping she can hit the top again.

Probably because she has so many doping red flags
