I post a registered name, how about you?
1/2 second per lap = 2 seconds per mile, track or not, you nitpicking, flaming, trollable sockpuppet.
You aren't back peddling out of this one you fckn moron. Did you even bother to look out the course layout? No. This is obvious. If you did you would recognize that the course, unlike a track, has two 90 degree lefthand turns.
You are so fckn stupid.

Clueless
CLEARLY worth a 3:28.60 at a race like Monaco.
Best hatted times:
1:45.86
7:42.75i
giving a 3:36.1, but his hat was backwards!, so EASILY 2 seconds per lap.
3:28.60!

Not only did he have a hat on but add on that he had a t shirt on as well! Those sleeves add extra resistance both in arm movement and increasing surface area he has to break.
So..
3:28.60 w/ a hat... figure 0.7 sec/lap because of sleeves
~ 3:26.00 !!!!!!!!!!

Every time that crybaby is exposed as the idiot he is, he starts rambling about registering waaah waaah! How retarded can you be to think that your posts get less moronic if you use the same (silly and unoriginal) handle over and over again?
It's also a fact that if Centro had worn a FORWARD-FACING Dave Wottle hat he would have slowed to 2nd place.

I'd be more impressed if he wore it forward for most of the race and then turned it backwards as he kicked it on for the win.
Pull that "Over the Top" move:

The original reason kids couldn't wear hats in Indiana HS meets was because some guy would wear a hat for 650 meters, whip it off, and then proceed to crush the field... IHSAA got tired of it

I appreciate that you took the time to look up Wottle's time from Olympics.
first 800 in 2:15
they walked from 800m to 880 yards running the 880 yds in 1:40.92

Is there any particular reason we care about his hat?? This is bizarre.

Wottle wore the hat at the trials where he did 1:44.3 Beating a 1:39 guy in the process.

Cold, no way, especially not a northerner like Leer.
You mean the Will Leer from Pomona College? In southern California?
Centro's hat was a USATF hat. He was standing right next to me at the finish. I'd like to point out that the guy who won 60+ also wore a hat but he did not wear a shirt. That's my guy Roberto Garcia from Omaha,NE!!! He ran 5:31 and change and set a new age-group record.
Was this an uphill mile?
