I can't get the feed the mute. I'm at work and trying to watch it without getting in trouble.

Estimated "one million" people along the course!! Is that legit?

Why isn't the BAA "watchlive" stream working?
Says "World Feed" but I could only get it to work after VPNing in the US.
Flanagan, Deba, Dibaba all tucked in. Desi has been running on the outside so maybe dealing with a little more of the wind.

Unplug your speakers.
Larry Rawson is great: "For the first mile, which is around 1600 meters if you're a metric fan." Fantastic!!!
Anyone else getting the chills watching Des run on the yellow paint? That drives me nuts. I always feel like I'm going to bust my ass on a wet day.

Women through 1st mile little under 5:40, 2:28ish pace. That's on steep downhill.

This what happens if you have a separate womens elite start. If there were sub-elites in that wave, too, those would be running upfront and keeping the pace honest.
no - didn't they run the first mile last year in 5:11 or somesuchabsurdity?
it's race by race, not gendered or whatever
It's not worth pointing out, but I'll point it out anyway: Nemec is wearing the same singlet that True and Huddle were wearing when they broke the AR at 5K on Saturday.
Gotta say though, I want Linden to win now -- but only if she keeps the long-sleeve tee on the entire way. I want to see a woman win the Boston Marathon i a long-sleeve tee.
The announcers say there isn't any wind...so far...

It doesn't work for me either (I'm in Canada), but a link someone else posted works for me:
http://www.vipleague.sx/watch/299194/1/2015-boston-marathon.htmlThere is a fake "Update Flash Player" ad-link covering some of the feed that you obviously don't want to click on, but it disappears when you simply click on the full screen option. Then the feed seems fine.
Uh oh. Desi has already thrown away her hat. bad news for keeping the hat.
In real news, Deba has gone to the front and appears to have upped the pace.
Water station @ 1 mile - what a waste of time.
apparently desi has cut out the center of her ls shirt so her number shows through
If Larry says' "More on that later" again, y'all got to do a shot of coffee

Unless things have changed recently, there are sub-elites in the women's start with a working definition of being under about 2:50 being "sub-elite". Perhaps the word you're looking for is "morons".
...and it's gone.
LS off for Desi
.....and Desi rips off her shirt and gets ready to rumble
Desi now stripping
