JK, yes I do have the answer and I believe it will be highly effective. It begins with the elimination of scholastic sponsored cross country and indoor track programs at the high school level nationwide. The approach I am taking towards getting this accomplished is very realistic. However, I do not want to reveal my plan openly on any message board and give any high school supporters a chance to assemble a response or tactic to fight my proposal before my plan is implemented.
