Pepper spray is great but it by no means stops people especially if under the influence of drugs. You can still see it just stings like mad. Lead is the best solution...this chick is smart

So, if the Oklahoma baseball player had been running with a gun, he wouldn't have been shot from a car? And the woman running with the gun on trails couldn't be jumped and her gun found and taken? Or if someone pointed a gun at her, and she tried to pull hers, what would happen? What actually happens when someone has the jump on you with a gun? This advice is not just for you libtards but for everybody. If you are out running and somebody draws on you...keep running!!! Seriously. You would not believe how hard it is to hit a moving target. It's not like in the movies. Even if I did have a gun concealed I'd take my chances running first before engaging.

A pistol doesn't have the range or accuracy you need. You will notice that they don't arm the infantry with pistols but with rifles. Here's a good set up for self defense-

Running with a dog is also good but aggressive cats will do in a pinch.
