Congratulations!
Cut the guy some slack. He's finally healthy again after some injury setbacks this winter and is racing back into fitness. He just ran 3:45.59 at Pre two weeks ago, so 3:42.88 is a nice improvement. He'll be running again at the Harry Jerome meet in two weeks and I wouldn't be surprised to at least see him dip back under 3:40.
Not Webb's fault. There's a massive tire fire just northwest of the track, and the particulate matter in the air interfered with his breathing.
