So is there any peer-reviewed evidence yet that any particular shoe paired with some type of runner (e.g. beginners) results in a lower injury rate?
"too much, too soon" is the only thing to fear. Wear what you like (or wear nothing, whatever).
(past injury is also a predictor of future injury, but shoe type is NOT as far as I have read)
