So he ran 4:40 pace for 6 miles, with only 30 miles per week training? This is amazing, this is perhaps the most talented guy in the U.S. Will he be attempting to run the trials? He'll now start moving up his mileage (carefully with his coach's guidance -- same coach he's had since middle school, Mike Exton).
