Stop it!..., there is no fixing of NBA games from the NBA. One guy in recent years was charged with betting on games. The NBA as a whole does not fix the games, there are too many variables to control. Stars get calls because they are stars, not because the NBA is fixing games.
MJs famous last second shot to beat the Cavs was a fix?
One referee in recent years was charged with betting on games...and making millions of dollars for the mob with his picks because he was so successful. He picked games based on referee biases and the officiating agendas set by the NBA. The FBI corroborated his story.
The referees bias the game significantly by calling a different set of rules for certain players, or entire teams in extreme cases (Lakers-Kings).
Did you not watch the ECF? Just another series among many with blatant one-sided, star favored officiating. LBJ, Wade and Bosh shot more free throws than the entire Bulls team in the ECF. The Bulls had 70 more FG attempt than those 3 players in the series and more shots in the paint than the entire Miami team. To me, that shows a staggering difference in the rate at which shooting fouls were called.
