You're right. Wheating is in a different league, and that's why I don't accept his results as legitimate. It goes along with the "amazing" improvements last summer after losing to a freshman, and the very extended period of no racing. Now, apparently no out of competition testing (unless they're actually sitting on a positive) for at least a quarter.
If Wheating was from Jamaica, Morocco, or Spain with those stats, almost every person on this board would call him a doper.
He was a collegiate athlete for a major portion of time; see any other NCAA people on that list. NCAA has their own testing and a positive will get you noticed but will not be on the USATF listing at that time. Also, any testing in Europe would not show up here and he went from being NCAA to being in Europe a lot, so USATF would not have the testing except from USADA, I think. Others could provide more specificity, but I think that is the case.
