I feel ya man I ran 3:56 as a 23 year old, mediocre at best is what my body gives me, but having the ability to run a 3:45-3:48 at the age of 16 or 17 is pure talent and crazy ability. They certainly are legit. Which is the downfall because every time a young runner runs fast, the pressure is immediately bestoyed upon them to always do well and they get run into the ground.
