If you can't tell for yourself when running is no longer easy how do you expect malmo do it for you?
SOM seems like a very simple concept. Don't over analyze this. SOM is nothing new, he just put a name on it. Run as much as you can while remaining within yourself. If you are walking around every day 100% exhausted, you are running too hard.
