what does my PR's have to do with anything?? and would you really believe me even if i stated them?
D2 is just slower than D1. therefore its pretty boring to follow in my mind and i summed it up "sucks". I ran D3, then transfered and ran D1. D3 sucked, and I sucked for being D1. it is what it is.
its like following minor league baseball - sure some of the guys are excellent, but on the whole they'd get spanked by MLB players.
I don't think your baseball anaology really works. You could make the case that basically every player in the majors is better than every player in the minors. If they werent, the better player would get sent up and the worse sent down. (yes there are some exceptions for teams wanting to wait to develop players)
regarding D2 and D1.. there are a significant amount of D2 runners that are much better than many D1 runners. The top 10 D2 runners would probably beat 95-99% of D1 runners. whereas in baseball, there is maybe 1% of minor league players better than the big leaguers.
D2 is not a sub-division on D1.. they are simply seperate divisions. It does work out though that D1 happens to be stronger all around, which primarily has to do with money.
