No joke, Rupp will factor in.

I think its going to be a very competitive race. I agree with the favorite "Ritz" winning the race with Webb closely behind if he runs well. Webb is very fast but not what I call a consistant runner. He also makes a lot of excuses for bad races.
Run Faster
My money is on Ritz.

You have an amateurish website with an obvious typo on the front page, and a logo of a track with upside down, unstaggered lane numbers. What's your excuse for that?
I predict it will finish like this:
1. Abdi
2. Ritz
3. Webb
(with about 1 second separating the top three).
Anyone know if Ritz is healthy or if he's still doing most of his training on the Alter-G?? It's amazing how fit he stays on that thing.
No way Ritz ever beats webb by one second in ANY race.
ritz predicted he would remain on the treadmill for one week after cross trials.
Funny...he beat him by 12 seconds less than a year ago in the 2M at Pre.
I saw that but was wondering if anyone in Eugene has seen him out on the trails or on the track?
twelve seconds is not one second. think about what he said.

Blake Boldon for the win....who cares after that
I wish good luck to Dathan! He and I have both worked hard, and we will do our best when we go out there. However, if he does happen to be more than 10 seconds ahead of me by the 6k mark, I might get injured and have to pull out of the race. My ankle has been weak lately, and I am sure my loyal fans will understand. Thank you to the Letsrun community for the support, I will work hard and work to my potential! I did an amazing workout today and I'm all fired up, ready to go. Dathan better watch out because here I come, but good luck to him because he's amazing too. I could have beaten him at Footlockers in 2000 but his uncle had died recently, and I wanted the poor boy to feel better. This might happen in the 8k too, but we'll see how nice I'm feeling. Anyway, thank you for the support!
Sincerely,
Alan
