First off, you are not an average runner, 415 for the mile and 235 for the marathon or above average way above average(with your mile time being more impressive). Your 415 for the mile is worth around 357 for 1500 m, which to me indicates a potential for the following times: 3000/8:10, 5000/14:00-14:10, 10,000/28:59-29:20, half marathon/64:00, marathon/ 2:14.
It seems that you have not been able to exploit your good basic speed over the mile for the longer distances and hopefully that can be remedied in the future
