Nope, no excuse needed, but you had one ready just in case. There were no brilliant tactics by Meuwly and the race played out as it should have based on SB's + PB's. That is a fact. Bol didn't "literally jog for 300m." That's a patently stupid statement. She ran as hard as she felt that she needed to in order to keep something in reserve.
Now you're running away from your assertion that the Irish "peaked" for this meet. There was no mis-interpretation of your statement and you've actually reasserted it without basis. While I know quite a bit about what Meuwly does, you don't know anything about the methods that the Irish coaches (4 different guys, BTW) use. From speaking with one of them I know that his athlete didn't take this meet anymore seriously than your Dutch girls did. The Irish women are qualified for Paris and that's their focus.
LOL, you clearly don't know much about coaching or training, nor did you bother to look at Adeleke's season thus far. Your attempt to gaslight wasn't even close to being successful. Anyone can review her season to date can see that her focus has been on being ready for Paris and she has said as much in interviews. She flew in relatively late for the meet and the fatigue was apparent yesterday. Coach Floreal knows what he's doing.
Here's a question for you, why is it that the Dutch male 400m runners continue to underperform so badly? Don't give me Meuwly's excuse that men's competition is tougher than women's. There's no basis for that statement and the fact that Belgian men (again coached by multiple people) clean your clock without the millions of Euros that the Dutch Federation proves it.
Look at you, getting all prickly! LOL. You sound extremely venomous towards the Dutch team, you must either be Irish, a gypsy traveler, or from one of the Dutch colonies.
I also know quite a bit about Meuwly's methods too, and I also know exactly what Adeleke's season has looked so far. I have this thing call the internet, it's freakin' amazing!
I know Floreal's a great coach. Didn't he meet his wife just after she returned from a 14 month doping ban for furosemide? Shame that, but how very open minded of him. And he's done wonders for some of his athletes. Alfred's muscle mass....wow...
