When you are entered in a race where you can feel free to just take off and run fast, going for time, you are much more likely to set a world record in a race with lots of runners equal to you. Then you must be careful not to overstep and blow it. Races like what is going down at Pre tend to be very tactical and careful and NOT prone to world records.
