18 miles. Its only bearable if there's good TV on. When it's 2am and the infomercials start, forget about it.

18 at 6:40 pace and ill never do it again 😂
50K
11 miles. I never even care about the pace but if I had to guess it was around 8 to 9 minute pace. it’s quite easy to bring an iPad and watch a movie or a few TV shows and the next thing you know are approaching the 90 minute mark. I actually enjoy it and I feel it has helped save my legs.
I like doing hard intervals on treadmills as well. Something like 1200s with 400m jogs.
third base… she wanted me to go all the way but I wasn’t ready…
I don't remember the distance, but I think the longest time I ever did was 70 minutes. I had the incline set set the whole time so I probably wasn't going very fast. Being able to do continuous hill runs is pretty much the only thing I like about using a treadmill.
26.2 I think around 2:48
I ran a Marathon one morning when a local race was canceled for a Forrest fire …and running outside would have been miserable. 🔥
The treadmill and room felt like a Sauna by the end. I was surprised how little soreness I felt the next day.
20 miles. I actually like the dreadmill.
Longest was 2hrs 15mi
8.4mi 60mins. I prefer the treadmill over the South Louisiana humidity. Plus I think it's easier on my joints.
Treadmill running isn't real running.
There's a guy at my club who can't run a lick under 19:40 but has run sub 18 on the treadmill over and over.
I run 120 mile week on treadmill because I was in Spain 37C outside and every run was netting over 600m of hills and needed a break from hills. I watched movies on a tablet whilst running it was great and I even installed an emulator on there and used Wii nunchucks to play video games whilst running. Music too helped never got bored and also I ran on it barefoot or in 4mm sandals so it was fun

On foot, or by plane?

20 miles at 6:39 pace. Did 82 treadmill miles in 6 days on a cruise.
ok vote down my distance idiot 🤣
do you know why
I've done 20 miles a few times, think my longest is 21ish.
22 miles....2:17:00....I was a sweaty mess....20 below zero snowed in house...I run 99% of long runs on the roads.

In residency, I had to do my final marathon training longrun during night float. I had 4 hours to sleep and decided to spend that running and eating before my next shift. This was the middle of the night and I had no idea that the fitness room treadmill had a governor on it that maxed out at around 4 mph. I had no other option aside from the elliptical. I did a 2.5 hour elliptical session instead. I had a hard time standing during my next shift and somehow the session injured my hamstring and I ended up DNSing the marathon. So sad. Terrible idea, by the way.
This guy gets the award for worst treadmill experience by far:
1. had to do it at night on no sleep
2. the actual treadmill only went 4 mph
3. had to use an eliptical
4. got injured
5. had to go straight to work (hospital) on destroyed legs
6. ruined his upcoming race (DNS)
