I'd say Sydney has race anxiety considering how little she races. I am wonder if that is rubbing off also on Athing Mu. Did all of Kersee's athletes race so little outside of Championship races?

No, they did not. Only his chosen, select few are given restricted racing schedules. Prandini et al continue to compete.
If you are part of his special, inner circle, you are treated very differently. Some say they get the jelly babies, not just the Gatorade. Regardless, I'm reminded of that comment Bobby made, when it was criticized that Sydney didn't race much, and he said something along the lines of you don't take your sports car out of the garage every day. And I remember thinking, poor Prandini et al, they must be the old bangers.
It's worth noting that Rhasidat Adeleke ran 10.84 (Wind aided) last weekend. She's a 400m runner.
So this puts Bol's time in perspective.....
If you want the full perspective...
Adeleke is from a 100/200 background & has consistently been running 100's, with over 30 races at that distance in her short career. Bol has raced over 100m just 3 times in her whole career.
So whilst they are both 6ft and run primarily the 400m distance, Adeleke is a 400/200 runner with consistent outings at 100m, whilst Bol is a 400mh/400m runner with some outings at 200m.
Now, Adeleke's 10.84, the manner it was run, and who she beat, was mightily impressive. Quite brilliant in fact. But what does this mean for her longer distances? We don't know yet, as she ran just one 400m indoors in 51.12, and her 4x4 leg at the Texas Relays was 50.9. Very decent indeed for April, but nothing amazing. So I applaud her windy 10.8, but I need to see more at 400, to understand better it's significance at that distance.
Or, has FB been too sharp for too long this season? Not sure, im not a long sprint guy, but she has been "peaking" for an awful long time this season. Everything she touches turn to gold. Not sure how it works with 400 people. But if she was MD runner, i would be worried.
She IS a MD runner, which is why she burned this 11.5 100m.
I don't see that as any kind of "sprint peak", but instead as a very solid 100m time for a 400mH specialist--not too fast, not too slow, just very competent.

But she doesn't hold her peak. She has a winter, indoor peak, for a short period of 3-4 weeks (where she holds her form) and then goes back into training and builds to her summer peak come the outdoor Championships.
Her outdoor season usually lasts around 3 months, hence she generally opens her flat runs at a slower time than indoors. But she builds to a summer peak at the outdoor champs...like anyone else that competes indoors and out.
At the moment she's working on various elements of her race. As per her coach on Twitter, she ran a flying 30m PB in training 3 weeks ago, and now this 11.4 PB over 100m. They have identified her opening 100m of her 400mh is one element she needs to improve. The flying 30 and this 100m help do that.
On Adeleke, it's interesting that she's been training with and competing with the 'short' sprinters. Who knows, maybe she intends to compete over 200m at the Champs. I've no idea, but evidently her speed is excellent at the moment, wind or nah.
