Wow, Cornell in the fast heat. They've been impressive the last few years. Three guys around 4:00 and a 45-second 400 guy, they won't be winning this race but they should be able to hang in there for a 9:30ish result.
Realistically, how fast do we see NAU running for the DMR. According to CJ Singleton, of Notre Dame, NAU asked him to go 1:51-1:52 through 800 on the 1200 leg. Could we see a 9:25-9:30, or even faster? Could we see a CR attempt and if so, would it even could since Notre Dame is an oversized track?
1:52 through 800 is FLYING. Quax's 3k/5k results suggest he might be in 3:35 shape, which would indicate sub-2:50 is on the table. If he runs 2:49, CR is on the table for sure.
I don't see any of the times from last year on the all time list so apparently the marks on the 352 yard track are not counted other than for qualification.

CR is not on the table. Oversized tracks do not count for CR purposes. How can you not know that?
