After every regional, Jonathan Gault will be running Bo Waggoner's program to see who is in and out. He'll post the results on the live blog on the front page: https://www.letsrun.com/events...

I am not sure but I thought the rosters had to be declared prior to regionals and only runners declared there could run in championship (and only 7 of course)?
Any chance that Tuohy does not run in the regional meet? NC State does not need her to qualify and there was some thought that last year she raced too much. I thought I remembered Henes saying something about that.
Looks like only Kelsey may not be running tomorrow,

Not sure I agree with this statement [on the W side] "Isaac’s Take: “I think five teams could come out of this one – Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Lipscomb and Ole Miss. I don’t know if there’s ever been a time when they had this many teams coming out of this region. The firepower upfront in this one is unbelievable. If you’re in the Top 10 in the South Region, you’re looking at being in the Top 15 or 20 in the actual NCAA Championships. That’s how loaded this race is going to be.”
I can count 4 maybe 5 in this region who will likely be top 20 at Nationals - 2 or 3 for FL and 2 from Al and that's it. Who am I missing?

I agree with his take on the West men. Most chaotic race of the year coming in with no idea who secures the spots or even how many make it out of the West due to low points.
CBU clearly has the resume this year, but could they choke under pressure? Would be another historic WAC accomplishment if their dominance is for real.
Stanford might have won the West race last month, but I think their power level is a bit flat. I think Oregon or Washington could sneak out 2nd from them by just having their rosters at full strength, and same for Stanford if they manage to trot out Leo Young. All these teams were missing guys for injury, have inexperienced runners, or just sitting them for possible R/S(?) that who knows which team is actually stronger.

Tuohy's not resting, huh. Is she ready to take on Valby again?
I'm 5'11, and she's 4'9. She mentioned that when we were messaging, but it still kind of took me aback when I met her and saw how tiny she is. She's not a dwarf or anything. She's from a part of Latin America where the people...
