Analysis: Good week! Body was feeling a bit tired by the end but the slow recovery runs/way too much time on the foam roller kept me feeling good. Both the tempo and the long run workout went really well and I'm super happy with how my aerobic strength is coming along! Running a road 5k in about a month so gonna start to throw in a bit more strides/speed work to get some efficiency back. Overall, this was a solid week.
