Semihaze never ran or followed running until about 7 years ago. She admits that she has not prior knowledge and doesn't care about learning about it. Of course she believes that Tuohy can beat any college runner on 5 minutes of rest.
It was NOT "casual." She ran 4:27.6 and her best mile of the year is only 4:24.26 when paced by professionals. I don't think some of you Tuohy trolls have ever set foot on a track.
When you’re in very good form (which Tuohy clearly is), running 3.5 seconds off your pr in a mile race can indeed feel pretty casual, esp given a bit of a rolling start as Tuohy had in this DMR.

just like running a 6k .. tbh she can totally run a fast time after a 5k if they let her but its dangerous and affects her individual goals

she pr in the 1600m .. btw not really 3.5 seconds, jdl has 3 second conversion!! so she ran 4:24 1600n leg
look it up on tfrrs, even nc state is ranked 2nd nationally in 10:48 and not 10:55
It is not 3 seconds, but rather 0.99 times the time. 4:27.6 ==>4:24.98
So Tuohy ran 4:24 twice? This suggests that her all-out time is faster?
she ran the 4:24 leg with bare minimum effort in that race and even held back for a couple of laps before coach henes told her to go, looked like she was just having a track workout, so yep she is definitely can go under 4:24
