https://www.stopdrinkingexpert.comThe Alcohol Conspiracy Theory is realHave you ever wondered why alcohol does not have graphic warning labels like cigarette...
He’s not just your typical antivaxer. he’s the guy predicting mass death of millions of people that have responsibly gottten the covid vaccine. He is neck deep in right wing antivax nuttery. maybe all the antvaxers are drunk behind their keyboards. it would explain the idiocy better.
Yeah and I’m going to sh!t post this thread until the mods ban me. where you at Dan!? Don’t be scared homie!!
I try to provide information that could be of benefit to people and Rick uses this thread to showcase his personality. No surprise. I will continue to remain unvaccinated and enjoy my 1.4 drinks per day while poor Rick wallows in his puerile hostility, incapable of any type of healthy enjoyment.

There is nothing healthy about your alcohol problem.

It seems that you have your boozing well in hand. How about for 2023 you keep a similarly detailed log of your use of pornography?

Just trying to spread the truth about big alcohol Dan.
At your age, you should have your blood and urine looked at by medical professionals at least x 2 per year.
* A great diet can help balance the negative effects of alcohol consumption.
* Exercise can help balance the negative effects of alcohol consumption.
* Maintaining an athletic build can help balance the negative effects of alcohol consumption.
Your psychologist may have no issues with your alcohol consumption as long as you have less than 1000 beverages per year.
More likely than not, if you continue drinking the way you drink at your age, you will have bad labs. If you're lucky, slightly elevated fatty liver. You're playing Russian Roulette with cancer drinking as much as you drink at your age.
"Based on per capita consumption from alcoholic beverage sales data, the average American drinks roughly 1.35 drinks per day, 9.5 drinks per week and 494 drinks per year, said Aaron White, senior scientific advisor to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism director. But, White said that number is higher — 1.94 drinks a day, 13.6 per week and 705 a year when adjusting for age (looking at just adults 18 and older, the majority of the nation's drinkers)."
The average stats are skewed by the top drinkers consuming an absurd amount. Most people are in the 0-4/week range, but top 10% are at 70+/week (alcoholics).
Which means that booze companies get a lot of their revenue from addicts, in spite of all their "drink responsibly" ads...

Beer 3368 oz. (26.3 gallons), 280.7 drinks (12 oz. per drink). Red Wine 566.5 oz. (4.4 gallons), 113.3 drinks (5 oz. per drink). White Wine 369.5 oz. (2.9 gallons), 73.9 drinks (5 oz. per drink). Whiskey 69 oz. (0.54 gallons), 46 drinks (1.5 oz. per drink).
513.9 drinks in 365 days = 1.4 drinks per day.
Odd you've been accounting for your drinking down to the decimal. If leaving a drink unfinished is a common occurrence then you're definitely not an alcoholic.
The 1.4 dpd is not a good measurement. Drinks per day should be based on days that you in fact drank: 513.9 drinks in *219* days = 2.35 drinks per day.
A better display of drinking habits would be a histogram of number of days you have a number of drinks; like this:
