What a silly, stupid, and negative thread to start.
And you can't see beyond your hate filled nose. Based on the performances of all of the fall marathons, we should be able to judge the men and women. some did better than expected and some showed that their time is up. Grow up.
I don’t have any hate and I don’t share your defeatist attitude. You’re asking us to determine who will fail in a race (presumably) or their careers 2 years from now. No one could possibly know that, each season is different. There’s injuries, drug busts, coaching changes, advances in footwear, the list of variables goes on. Besides that, it’s an immature question to ask when the running community should be supporting each other.

And yet Flotrack, Letsrun do this very thing for XC, track and the marathon. Apparently you have never watched ESPN. They do this type of analysis for all major sports.

ESPN is rhe absolute worst with some of their stats. It's like they just make things up that no one has ever thought of or cared to know
Example would be like "Since 1993, only 2 winners of the NYC Marathon have worn shoes with red on them, been born between August 1st and September 8th and flew business class on United Airlines"
