Nice to see you getting back into running again Dejen.
I don't want to sound negative but I think your goals are not at all realistic.
Get back into good shape and aim to get your 1500 into the 3.50s and your 5000 into the low 14s. You have a big engine as your Cardiff half demonstrated. Unfortunately you never seemed to be able to make the steady progress. Look at Andy B as an example. Steadily worked his way along and eventually broke through. I think you probably have the same level of talent (you have similar road times).
Looking at the sessions you were doing makes me think you left most of your potential at training rather than bringing it to the races. The exception being the half in Cardiff and that 10 k road sub 29.
